Beth is a lifelong Democrat who has always been passionate about politics. After the 2016 election, she vowed to take a more hands-on role in the process. Beth recently retired as a Vice-President of Randstad Staffing Services where she was recognized as a Leader of Excellence. Beth became certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR). She was a member and officer of the Society of Human Resource Managers and the American Staffing Association. She is now a Civil Mediator authorized by the Tennessee State Supreme Court.
Beth served on the boards of the American Cancer Society, Red Cross, and the Clarksville/Montgomery County Committee of Disability Issues and chaired the Montgomery County Relay for Life for five years.
In her new role as MCDP Chair, Tanner plans to set the tone in Montgomery County that “Democrats are winners and are not sitting on the sidelines. We must dedicate time to the fight for quality healthcare, education for all, freedom of choice, justice, and truth in our world because our lives depend on it.”
