Bio: Beth recently retired from her role as Vice-President of Randstad Staffing Services managing up to 4 branches in both Tennessee and Kentucky. She and her staff of 12 in house staffing managers provided temporary, temp to hire, and permanent employment for thousands of individuals over the course of 20 years. Prior to her corporate world experience, she managed the Tennessee Vocational Training Center for disabled adults and served as a Rehabilitation and Employment Counselor for the State of Tennessee. She is now a Civil Mediator authorized by the Tennessee State Supreme Court. Volunteering was no stranger to her having served on the American Cancer Society, Red Cross, and the Clarksville/Montgomery County Committee of Disability Issues Boards of Directors. Beth was chair and co-chair of the Montgomery County Relay for Life for 5 years. While employed by Randstad she was recognized as a Leader of Excellence, qualified twice for the National Performance Forum, and became certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR). She was a member and officer of the Society of Human Resource Managers and the American Staffing Association. Beth holds a degree in Sociology/Philosophy from Austin Peay State University. Since retiring she has devoted much of her time to Democratic Party Candidate campaigns, spending time with her three grandchildren, kayaking and playing with her dog, Ruth Bader Ginsburg “Ruthie”.
