There are many reasons to avoid generative Ai (stolen intellectual property, invasive data centers, draining of public water resources, increase in electricity costs passed on to consumers), but the weirdness of what it sometimes produces is an obvious one.
We try and avoid it and work on being better as human graphic designers ourselves but it looks they are leaning into it over there. 🤔
