Rep. Ronnie Glynn
For State Representative Re-election, District 67
Ronnie Glynn assumed office on November 8, 2022. Glynn graduated from Halls High School before serving in the U.S. Army from 1990 to 2014. He earned a B.S. in business administration from Trident University International in 2012. Glynn and his wife have four adult children and 11 grandchildren, eight of whom are students in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System. Glynn is also a small business owner in Clarksville, TN.

Rashidah Leverett
County Commissioner, District 5
Dr. Leverettt is an author, speaker, teacher and certified coach, frequently requested as a small-group speaker and moderator for workshops, conferences and churches in areas of career development, leadership and spiritual growth. She served in the Army from 1992 to 1999 as a unit supply specialist and was honorably discharged at the rank of sergeant. She has a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and works as a professor of Leadership and Social Justice at Fisk University in Nashville.

LaTonia Brown
County Commissioner, District 8
LaTonia Brown is a U.S. Army veteran and Montgomery County Commissioner for District 8, with more than a decade of service at Fort Campbell. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Bethel University and is committed to strengthening the community through service, youth mentorship, and civic engagement across Montgomery County.

Jeremiah Walker
County Commissioner, District 10
Jeremiah Walker, a native of Georgetown, South Carolina, is a retired veteran of the U.S. Army, having served more than 20 years. He is also retired from Tennessee state government, where he worked for more than 15 years at the Tennessee Prison for Women as the procurement officer. He acknowledged his call to the ministry in 2006 at Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Clarksville. He is a graduate of Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, Georgia, and has completed seven years of studies at the Clarksville Baptist School of Religion.

Carol Berry
School Board Member, District 1
Carol Berry was born and raised in Lafayette, Alabama and graduated from Lafayette High School with honors. She then obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with a Minor in English/Language Arts from Texas College in Tyler, Texas. She proceeded to obtaining a Masters of Education Degree from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. Berry has been a resident of Clarksville for over 23 years. She has taught in Missouri, Texas, Department of Defense in Germany, and Clarksville-Montgomery County Schools and retired from CMCSS in May 2015. Berry served as the Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Association President between the years of 2010 and 2012.

Herbert Nelson
School Board Member, District 3
Herbert Nelson is a retired soldier who served for 20 years as an intelligence analyst, but now works as an electronic systems securities specialist for the Tennessee Department of Corrections. He’s spent the last 20 years living in Clarksville, and his children graduated from school there after attending Ringgold Elementary and Kenwood High School.

Jimmie Garland
School Board Member, District 5
Jimmie Garland retired from the U.S. Amy at the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4, after 29 years of service. He received his bachelor of science degree in management from Bethel University. Garland is an associate minister of the True Vine Worldwide Gospel Church and served as a mentor for TNAchieves in 2014-2015.
