WHAT: Clarksville Q LGBT+ Townhall
Details: Friday October 13th at 6:00 PM at the William O. Beach Civic Hall
“Clarksville is a diverse city, but many of us feel isolated and outnumbered,” said Clarksville Q Chair, Charles Uffelman. He added, “We hope that by having town halls and investing grant dollars in programs that bring us together and deliver needed services we can make everyone feel safe and at home here.”
Attendees will receive information on how to apply for up to $80,000 in grant donations in the programming areas of community building, advocacy, education, health, and support. There will be an opportunity for participants to suggest and crowdsource ideas on how to better serve the LGBT+ Community.
